  • Cuprite on Copper.  A superb combination of native Copper inter-grown with a number of lustrous Cuprite octahedrons.  This specimen has two large spurs of copper glittered with small Cuprite crystals which makes for a very dramatic display.  The Cuprite octahedrons have a bright silver metallic luster and the solid copper base has a reddish metallic glow.  No damage.
