Ruby on Quartz matrix.  This undamaged Ruby crystal on matrix has heavy pink color saturation.  The isolated crystal is over 1.2 centimeters large and is fully terminated.  Great color contrast and well balanced aesthetics make this an extraordinary mineral specimen.
