Quartz variety Amethyst.  This complex Amethyst crystal has a number lustrous triangular crystal faces and deep purple color.  A striped zone of white Quartz compliments the highly saturated purple terminations.  This specimen is in great condition and has quite significant size for a single crystal from this U.S. locality.
