Amethyst variety Quartz from The Jackson's Crossroads Mine in Georgia U.S.A.  This undamaged spray of crystals has a very dramatic shape and has a very intense luster.  The mine has not been producing as much material in recent years and it is hard to find good quality specimens from this location.  Very balanced specimen that has incredible color and stands up by itself.
